After a year focusing on touring, English live electronic production and DJ duo Maribou State have announced the next milestone in their career. On March 27, fabric presents: Maribou State will be released. As fabric mixes go, the release will feature an extensive offering of tracks that put the Chris Davids and Liam Ivory's taste and inspirations as a duo on display.

In a press release, the guys made their mission clear: “In this mix we wanted to create a world of music that in its entirety you wouldn’t expect to hear within the walls of fabric, but would reflect the hours spent before heading to the club; drinks at a friend’s house, the journey into London, travelling on the underground and the anticipation in the build-up beforehand. We captured and used a bunch of field recordings of us re-taking the journey to and from the club to help this narrative.”

The official release will feature original music, including the first single off of the release, a left of center house meets electronic track from Oriyin. Maribou State will also provide two new original tracks, as well as a remix of Radiohead's 2007 classic "Reckoner."
