Indie-pop duo Chasing Daze share balmy debut single “Change You”

Freshman indie-pop outfit Chasing Daze make their debut with “Change You.” The sibling duo of Julia and Ryan Noble start off 2020 with a crisp and charming track surely to get folks keeping an eye out for them this year.

The Southern Oregon-based pair create indie-pop gems in their bedrooms and therefore, bedroom-pop is finally an apt description for such music. “Change You” is overflowing with hard-hitting beats, plush melodies, and wholesome emotion. The track is a sunbaked endeavor, fresh as daisies and wickedly catchy.

Julia’s confident and edgy vocals come across like rejuvenation for the genre itself. On the other side of the coin, Ryan’s production work slickly blends nostalgic undertones with summer-y synths that could light up a room. Catching up with the duo, they mentioned this about the new single, “We wanted to make a lighthearted song that anyone can relate to and vibe with. ‘Change You’ reflects our vision and direction musically, while delivering a positive message about being yourself. We’re all one of a kind and embracing that is a really cool thing. Never let anyone change who you are.” This exceptional first jaunt is a vividly impressive showcase of a duo that appear to have a promising future in store.

Chasing Daze is expected to release their debut EP in March.
