Label boss Stefano Noferini has returned to his Deeperfect imprint with a new arresting cut, giving us a "Nice Break" from reality.
A slow-burner that intensifies with each rolling bump, "Nice Break" defines its understated minimalism and echoes in its refined picks. Slick claps intermingle with the buoyant bassline, Noferini sparing no stops by utilizing tight drums and a rugged synth riff to his advantage. Indeed, even the fleeting vocals make for an infectious kick to the track—allowing listeners to remember "Nice Break" as a bumping tech-house deliverance.
Noferini has held residencies at Italy's key clubs as far back as the late eighties. Since then, the Italian maestro has continually evolved his tech-tinged sound and has recently released on Moan, Little Helpers and Terminal M—furthering his groove-led direction which takes him from BPM Festival to Space Ibiza and beyond.
