Emerging R&B act Aeriel expresses pure intimacy in a heartwarming single titled "Waves". The LA-based singer-songwriter touches on a very personal subject birthed out of her own experiences. The soft-voiced singer goes for a lush guitar-driven canvas that slowly builds into a soothing climax alongside her alluring melodies as she details how her love life was suffering due to lack of self-love. Her emotion-driven lyrics capture the contradiction of wanting to accept love while struggling to find that much needed inner peace.
