Edmonton rapper, songwriter and producer Akheim Allen, formerly known as the artist PW, is back with a brand new single titled "SIR" and its accompanying music video. The song is a follow up to last year's introductory tracks "Wavs Dnt Die" and "Memo" where Allen reemerges as a hip-hop force to be reckoned with. Backed by an ominous synths and 808s, Allen shares how he is all about hustling back to back, and doing whatever is necessary to achieve his goals."SIR" hits the mark as Allen delivers a brilliant showcase of solid flows, top-notch song-writing, and a commanding presence over the O12 produced cut.
For the video, he teams up with newcomers B2 Creative who help bring a whole new meaning to the rapper's work ethic with a gripping visual that strays from the norm. The video follows him ascend through the ranks and ends with the rapper at the proverbial apex"SIR" is the first of two offerings to be released between now and the end of the year, leading up to a brand new EP in 2020.
