Budding emcee Keea shares a self-expounding piece on his new solo release titled "Goin Thru It." The San Diego native offers a very honest take on life problems and the numerous challenges he has to go through. Keea teams up with producer Blvck King who hails all the way from Raleigh, North Carolina to help craft the right sounds for his stories.
Although "Goin Thru It" is less than two minutes in length, it sure gives the new listener some sort of exposé into the life of Keea as an artist trying to make his way in this crazy industry while juggling day to day problems. He strays from the usual verse-chorus type arrangement and takes us deep into his world as he paints his life over the rocking beat by King.
The two connected online with the intention of constructing a project that goes back to the "roots" of hip-hop. This was the first track they collaborated on together and are probably going to put out a full-length project later this year.
