Since Ramz made a mark with his hit single "Barking", he has had a string of releases and live showcases (Wireless, etc.), and now he is back in the mix with the video for his single "Don't Play With Me".
The Brit Award nominee seems off to the races with his style which blends the grit of the streets and a certain smoothness that appeals to the masses. "Don't Play With Me" brings Ramz versatility to the forefront as he switches between hard-body raps and catchy melodies over a summer-tinged backdrop. He makes it known from the jump that he is definitely not one to be jerked around or taken for a fool. Along for the ride is the mysterious masked rapper LD (a member of Brixton Collective 67) who closes the case on the third verse. The video which was shot somewhere in London by director Chris Chuky(who also collaborated on the video for recent single "Hold You Down") takes the viewers around the borough while Rmaz does his thing with his crew in different spots.
"Don't Play With Me" is taken from Ramz' debut Blockbuster EP which sees him collaborate with a variety of producers ranging from Banx and Ranx (Sean Paul, Lady Leshurr, Dua Lipa) to Raogart (B Young) and Crumz.
