London-based singer-songwriter Ayelle has been keeping busy in 2019, making her SXSW debut just earlier this year. Today she releases her new single "Parts", produced by Brad Baker, on which she shares an intimate moment in time, opening up about vulnerability and compromise in a current relationship.

Coupled with a new music video, Ayelle shoots a lo-fi vintage VHS video that matches well with the downtempo R&B tune. The music video, which takes place in a London apartment, features Ayelle and producer/boyfriend Brad Baker and was shot by Magdalena Wolk. The home video feel of the track complements the raw honesty and chemistry between the pair.

In her own words, she explains,  "I wrote it about the parts that we carry for one another in a relationship, even those we maybe didn't think we signed up for. There's a bittersweet element to that and this song is about the insecurities that come with getting to know someone whilst changing and realizing that you'll never really know every part of that person, but you still let them in." The single is out now and is one of 12 singles that Ayelle is releasing every month this year. Give it a first look here.
