Singer Tyla Yaweh is impossible to put in one genre. He sings like a pop singer over trap beats with no shortage of R&B elements. His recent project, Heart Full of Rage, is filled with infectious melodies that prove his rockstar status. In particular, the song "High Right Now" is doing impressively well. Hitting over 8 million streams, "High Right Now" is three animated minutes filled with fiery lyrics and crisp guitars.
"The song is about my life," Yaweh shares, "I'm living an ultimate high. I went from being homeless to traveling the globe with Rockstars, being able to connect and spread positive vibes to so many people."
He's currently on an arena tour in Australia with Post Malone and Jaden Smith and is undoubtedly poised for a breakout year. The new "High Right Now" visuals see Tyla levitating out of his bed and surrounded by ballerinas; watch the video up above to find out more.
