Nigerian alternative R&B act Tay Iwar returns with another enthralling record simply entitled "MONICA". The love-laden record is rich with its lush and mood-driven melodies and body moving rhythms that showcases Iwar's myriad musical tastes and styles. The single explores the story of romance in various forms—playfully flirting, needing your space, and desires both good and bad. He delivers this in a very sublime manner exercising his vocals to put his emotions into every harmony.
"MONICA" is taken from his forthcoming debut album GEMINI which will be released on March 29th, 2019 with Soulection. After Co-creating Bantu Collective in 2013 with his elder brother Suté, Tay released an EP, Passport.
