Fresh from dropping his EP less than 6 months ago, Is He Dead Yet, New Jersey native and self-proclaimed “loose skrew” Da$h lets off some more fuego with, “Walk the Plank.” Da$h continues to carve his own lane on this dark beat, produced by frequent collaborator Budd Dwyer. For those unfamiliar, Budd Dwyer is $crim of the $uicide Boy$ collective. The beat follows Da$h’s gritty cadence along with his distorted background vocals.
Da$h lays down murderous bars rapping, “Knock the pack off in a school zone/ Kick the door in while you home/ The .40 was two-tone.” Da$h glides over the perfectly placed hi hats and deep 808s easily. This sinister new drop is exactly what has amassed Da$h his cult like fan base. This could be an appetizer for the long rumored project that Da$h teased with the $uicide Boy$ a couple years back. If so, after hearing this, it's safe to say the long awaited project is going to slap.
