Self-produced, Margot's DIY sound being integral to their musical process, "Arles" is a lethargic yet gleaming exploration into developing characters who are able to express vocalist's Alex Hannaway's many complicated thoughts.

Documenting his thoughts about mental health issues, Hannaway's sun-kissed vocals are elegantly captivating. Despite being gloomier than their previous release, Margot have crafted a wonderful dream-pop sequence. Hannaway explains: "Arles is about the juxtaposition of receiving devastating news in a beautiful place."

With unraveling guitars and captivating reverb, the track features an almost psychedelic guitar solo which delivers a fuzzed-out elevation of vibrations. Quite simply, this track needs to be heard.
