Alexander Mack releases long-awaited debut project "91 Two Forty'

After releasing a series of singles, Virginia rapper Alexander Mack's debut project '91 Two Forty is finally out. The title comes from a 1991 Volvo 240 station wagon that Mack's gave him to drive for a summer in college. 

In an Instagram caption he said that the car "is symbolic of the fact that no matter what your situation looks like, it only matters how you view it." Mack took an uncommon route in finding his confidence and comfortability in music and life, and this comfortability is reflected in the 10-song project. His own head-nodding production is all over '91 Two Forty, and his smooth rap style is as consistent as ever. It's jazzy and exciting, but tells a two-year story of his growth to get to this point. This time period, he says, brought "highs, lows, lessons, good times, and new heights." '91 Two Forty has it all, but still has a well-focused sound; check it out above.
