Samuel Bennett Matthew – better known by his stage name DJ SIDEREAL – is preparing to drop his debut EP Heaven on Earth. The 4-song EP will be comprised of dance-pop melodies from a variety of talented singers and songwriters the industry has to offer. After surviving brain surgery at the age of 11, 20-year-old DJ went on to open for Macklemore and B.O.B to Vans Warped Tour in the span of a year.
His new single "Don't Hold Your Breath" sees the Matthew team up with singer Dora Pereli for a pop/future bass banger laced with earworm melodies and booming drums. Although the song is vibrant it describes a weird relationship from a woman's perspective in an attempt to save herself from a messy situation, yet realizing the inevitable end.
