Birmingham UK born & bred rapper Lady Sanity keeps her wits about her even when everyone is losing theirs in her new single "Focus". For this latest track, Lady Sanity has teamed up with Leicester producer Lowpass Luke, who builds a mellow, solemn backdrop for the rapper with Caribbean roots to tackle the social and personal pressures of being an upcoming rapper in the spotlight. Fully aware of the negatives involved in the entertainment industry, her lyrics paint the picture of balancing mental health, work ethic and the obsession with social media.
Known for always infusing real life experiences and issues into her music, she is definitely one to watch as she recently performed at Glastonbury, followed by BoomBap Festival, The Great Escape, MADE & Shardfest; as well as supporting Hip-Hop heavy’s KRS-one, Lowkey & Roxanne Shante.
