This past weekend, Red Bull Music continued on its mission of spreading inclusiveness throughout the music industry by throwing another event in its Equal Axis series. A play on the phrase "equal access," the event series merged local emerging talent of all kinds from around the city – DJs, performers, collectives and visual artists – with global talent to promote a welcoming space for all. Notably, Maya Jane Coles headlined the night with her first ever performance in Texas, bringing a DJ set that while rooted in her signature moody deep house style, amped up to leave the space buzzing with techno.
