Straight out of the borough of BX comes Brandon Rose, an emcee who has walked the thin line between the streets and the lofty compounds of NYU campus. Armed with a mind of a go-getter, he defied the odds stacked against him and graduated with an MSc in Public Relations and Corporate Communications while pursuing his music career. He also released his sophomore project titled Street Scholar earlier this year and now he is back with the visual for the title track.
The song was produced by Dizzy Banko who helped craft a hard-hitting backdrop for the gritty tale Rose paints across the board. He lets the listener know from the get-go that he can walk both sides of the fence. He is educated, street smart and will never forget where he came from. The visual was directed by EaglesEyeMedia who help showcase Rose in his element as he transitions from the harsh Bronx streets to finding success in the music industry.
