Fresh from a huge summer residency at Balearic superclub Hï Ibiza, Grammy nominees CamelPhat have teamed up with fast-rising UK producer Cristoph to deliver "Breathe". Featuring the angelic vocals of Jem Cooke, "Breathe" is undoubtedly one of this year’s most widely popular productions, having wreaked havoc across dance floors with its progressive build and reposed ambiance.

Displaying slick signature sounds of both Camelphat and Cristoph, "Breathe" is a breath of fresh air, laden with infectiously emotive vocals. Laced with a smooth atmospheric build, the track leaves a surprisingly calming and warm impression with its initial instrumentals. The sumptuous tones reminiscent to Eric Prydz' work can be heard throughout, emphasizing the unbridled chord progressions as hauntingly chill. With its rolling bass line, the producers have perfectly encapsulated a spectral-like feeling that only serves to make the track all the more interesting.

Alongside the release, Cristoph has shared a handful of tracks that inspire his productions:

– Everything But The Girl – Missing (Todd Terry Remix) – Absolute anthem which got embedded in my mind growing up
– EBTG vs Soul Vision – Tracey In My Room (Lazy Dog Bootleg) – Another Tracey Thorn vocal I am obsessed with
– Sabrina Johnston – Satisy My Love (Johnny Boy’s Monday Full-On Mix) – Amazing vocal in this
– Duke – So In Love With You (Full Intention Mix) – Great uplifting vocal in this one
– Joe Smooth – Promised Land – Such an iconic vocal
– Eclipse – Makes Me Love You (Morning Star Remix) – Real feel good record this one
– Shades of Rhythm – The Sound of Eden – Another old school record which my brother and sister used to have on repeat when I was younger
– Kid Creme – The Game (Kids Piano Mix) – Love this track, especially the breakdown
– Kariya – Let Me Love You for Tonight – Huge old school record I try to take influences from
– Reflekt – Need to Feel Loved – So much emotion in this track
– Solomon Grey – Twilight (John Monkman Remix) – Another record I go to for influences when trying to write something emotional. Holds a special place on a personal level this one
– Royksopp – What Else Is There (Thin White Duke Mix) – Huge anthem
