Music industry maven Marvin Humes is back with the release of a killer new house track "All My People". Whether you know him as a celebrated radio broadcaster for Capital Networks or as one-quarter of boyband JLS, Humes is a brilliant producer with a clear-cut ear for quality dance-worthy mixes. This latest single is released via his own imprint, Luvbug, and is an unequivocal banger that's worth throwing into any house set. EARMILK is honored to premiere it for you below.
The rhythm never quivers and the beat glides effortlessly along the track with a frenzy of tribal-like instrumentals and summery house vocal cuts. With a melodic electro bassline to add an extra funky backbone to the mix, "All My People" is a quirky, infectious, feel-good house track that enslaves the listener to start dancing. If Carl Cox and Justin Martin had a baby and it was raised by Kaytranada, it would be this record.
Of the track, Humes shares, "I’m really excited about this record, from the first studio days working with TCTS & Parx we knew we had something special. It’s been going off in my Ibiza sets all summer & I can’t wait for everyone to hear it now, it’s my own little nod to the records & artists that inspired me.”
It's been quite the year for Marvin. He spent much of summer last year hosting ‘Ibiza lives on Capital’ for Capital FM, interviewing the likes of David Guetta, and Martin Garrix, and performing b2b sets with Jonas Blue, Sigma, and Sigala. Away from the White Isle, Marvin has also performed in Las Vegas with Major Lazer DJ and producer, Diplo. With such seasoned experience in so many various facets of the industry, it's no wonder Humes can deliver such a banger that features such a colorful array of different electronic sounds like this.
