Singer-songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Sonny Step teams up with producer TyC for his latest output titled "Shining". The sun-soaked record is quite refreshing and vibrant with its catchy hi-fi pop sound laced with Step's melodious performance. The rising act sets the tone with this single as he takes some time to unwind from putting in work in his craft from day to day. The duo met in Brooklyn and quickly formed an organic friendship that led to this point. TyC not only provided the soothing backdrop but also lent his unique arrangement skills which allowed Sonny’s retro-60’s aesthetic to really shine through.
"Shining" is the precursor to Sonny Step’s debut project coming out this December.
