It’s a dance off on Maccie’s latest banger, “Dance for Your Queen.” On this empowering female anthem, the Toronto-based singer-songwriter shows off her vigour as an independent woman who calls the shots. Her gritty, commanding vocals are complemented by rusty pop melodies, hard-hitting bass, and an array of tribal drums.

Speaking about the process of creating “Dance for Your Queen, Maccie explains, “The journey of producing Dance For Your Queen visually and aurally was incredibly honest and liberating. I felt like I stepped proudly into my choice and sexuality as a woman.”
