Redlight has proven himself to be one of the most dynamic producers coming out of the UK house scene, and today, he's confirmed to take his artistry one step further with the announcement of his third artist album, ACTIVE. Following 2015's X Colour and 2016's Templates, Vol. 1, the 10-track will be his first return to long form releases in years.
Unknowingly, we've gotten a sneak peak at what the album has to offer with the release of "Ride That Thing" and "So Nice" earlier in 2018. "Get Wavey" will debut as the album's next single on September 21 and available to presave on Spotify. The singles further stand as the exclamation point for an artist whose style has subtly evolved from hip-hop inspired house on "9TS Baby" to a new wave of world music, hip-hop, deep house, bass and jungle inspired music with a firm grounding in Redlight's Bristol roots. House at its best, "Get Wavey" is an inviting, unexpected meeting of jackin' house and progressive.
