LA-based, by way of Germany, producer VALNTN (Valentin Fritz) recruits the vocal and production talents of Peter Fenn on his newest single "Mona Lisa".
The record is a lush retro-tinged jam that is undeniably catchy from the jump. Using minimal and memorable elements in the melody, Peter Fenn delivers a heartfelt performance as he croons about his love for a certain Mona Lisa in the city of angels. Also along for the ride is rising hip-hop act Tray Haggerty who shares his own experience with a melody laced rap verse.
It's not stated what project "Mona Lisa" is on but it serves as a follow up to VALNTN previous release “Can’t Let Go” (which was used by Florida Georgia Line and Disney’s Dove Cameron). Fun fact: VALNTN is a graduate of Berklee College of Music with initial dreams of becoming a film composer.
