Classically smooth, "AYYO" embraces acoustics for a slow, soulful jam tinged with nostalgic California vibes. The music video reflects the feel-good ambiance, following the story of a woman pursuing her dreams, whilst reminiscing her more carefree past. The juxtaposition of high definition frames and grainier film cuts allows for a beautiful telling of her tale, effectively tugging at our heartstrings.
As Yoko notes, "The release of AYYO is like a breath of fresh air. I've spent a lot of time in the studio and it feels good to finally get to share what I've been making. If it was up to me I would stay in the studio and never release anything. With that being said, this release marks my escape from limbo."
