Apparently we’ve all been on our best behavior because 2018 has seen so much new Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, it’s a little overwhelming. The UK producer returned earlier this year with huge new original track called “Leave A Light On.” It sounded like rebirth in a glorious electronic symphonic opera. Last month tapped into TEED’s inner Prince with “Don’t You Forget About Me,” and he’s just released another stunner called “Body Move.” This one is for all the lovers of TEED’s old school unique techno house fusion.
“Body Move” brings those deep undulating bass tones, glittering synths, sharp accents, and bits of Orlando Higgenbottom’s ethereal vocals that might have some thinking of those early Greco-Roman EPs. Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs is his own electronic style in fusing elements of so many genres, you can’t exactly pin him to one. Sometimes you get a little house, techno, dancehall, jungle, and other times he’s tapping into pop, soul, or electro. Whatever you want to call it, TEED will have you dancing along.
