With releases on Unknown To The Unknown, Sasha's Last Night On Earth, Poker Flat and a remix of the infamous Inner City track "Good Life", EJECA is a producer and DJ constantly showcasing his ability to create music from all aspects of the techno spectrum. Born and raised in Belfast, the city in Ireland famous for AVA Festival and it's ever-growing electronic scene, he spent his formative years dabbling with vinyl releases and working with fellow Irish all-stars Bicep. After 12 years of hard work, his big break came in the form of not one but two of his tracks announced as 'Essential Tune of the Week' on Pete Tong's BBC Radio 1 Show.
The latest delivery from golden boy EJECA is a rework on classic rave number "Don't Go" – now in it's 26th year of gracing dancefloors. With a remix delivery from Gerd Janson earlier in the month, EJECA has now stepped up to add his techno twist to the iconic track. It's possible you've already heard EJECA's heavy rework from a video of The Black Madonna, which was doing the rounds on social media, but the snippets didn't do this one justice. Looping the iconic, acid melody and chopping Julie McDermott's vocal – EJECA adds a weighty techno bassline to "Don't Go", making this a peak time stomper with a twist of 90s rave magic.
EJECA's remix of "Don't Go" is out today, Friday 31st August and available to purchase HERE.
