With less than a week away until the release of his upcoming EP, The Appetizer, Chicago groove machine JAMS The Flava Child has released his latest single “One Night Only” to help satiate fans over the next few days. Press play on the bouncy space jam below.
Featuring fellow Chicagoan Rockie Fresh on the first verse, “One Night Only” sounds like a disco party in the year 3018. The NEDO produced beat is lush in an intergalactic sort of way, instantly transporting you to a roller rink on Saturn’s rings.
Rockie starts the track off well, riding the interstellar instrumental with ease before JAMS comes into to bring in his closing verse. “One Night Only” feels like the personification of JAMS. It’s fun, bouncy and entirely out of this world in the best way possible. Hell, even the single artwork is spot on with the space theme. Clearly, this was all premeditated.
