With summer in full swing, and following their ability for unique, highly sought after events, deep house imprint Anjunadeep is bringing their artists across America to unique outdoor spaces with Anjunadeep Open Air 2018. This Saturday, they’re bringing the tour to the angelic Great Lawn of San Francisco’s Treasure Island for nine hours of music with panoramic bayside views.

Before the event, we were able to get ahold of Yotto and San Francisco-based Luttrell to hear about what track reminds them of how they came to know Anjunadeep.

LUTTRELL:

Andrew Bayer – Distractions EP

"I fell in love with this track way back in 2011-2012. The whole EP is a cohesive journey that ends with a beautiful, emotional breakbeat track, 'Distractions Movement 4.' I still end my sets with it from time to time."

YOTTO:

Supermodels From Paris – "Keep On"

"A good friend of mine Heikki was behind this track and I heard it at a club in Helsinki. I remember really loving the track back in 2006. From that release on I followed Anjunadeep for a couple of years, then was brought back to the label with Dusky’s first album. This track is still a smasher."
