San Francisco based music producer and co-founder of Slept On Records Nick Andre delivers a thought-provoking record titled "Guns". Employing a stripped down, military-esque backdrop, he recruits the vocal talents of Lateef The Truth Speaker & Hanni El Khatib.
The record is pretty short as it's under three minutes in length. Regardless Lateef The Truth Speaker comes correct with a very solid verse detailing how an individual's racial background is a huge factor when it comes to policing and related issues.
Andre also recently co-scored the full length feature film Chasing Valentine and has had his music featured in the SHOWTIME series THE CHI and the Netflix original series EASY. He is currently working on a series of singles with different featured guest to be released throughout the second half of 2018 in addition to contributing work to upcoming albums for Gift Of Gab, Lateef The Truth Speaker and Zion I.
