The genre-bending band Hot Pocket serves us their latest musical collaboration "Lost" and it's accompanying visuals.
The record is a collaboration between the four-man band and vocalist Yaz Aiyla. Never content with just sticking to the norm, the band pushes the envelope again with their multi-layered arrangements taking elements from soul, pop, soft rock and shoegaze sensibilities. With Yaz Aiyla taking vocal duties on the record, the result is a beautifully crafted record that oozes, pain, passion and everything in between. The vocalist peppers the soothing backdrop with her lush vocal delivery and engaging songwriting.
The visuals bring the entire band together for a nighttime performance in a forest area or better yet an unknown "lost" location. Directed by Ross Dixon who helps bring the lost concept to life on screen with a crisp and somber aesthetic.
