Anna Lunoe stunned the music world last week with a new single that marked a triumphant return for the Australian artist with a new musical direction. Her track "Blaze of Glory" takes her usual point of view on dance music and morphs it into an authentic, relatable pop track with some surprises. With so many dance and electronic artists heading into the pop realm, Lunoe's stride into the crossover world is a refreshing one in a world of try-hard, forced and lackluster attempts.
Today, Lunoe has unveiled the video component to "Blaze of Glory," and it's just as appealing as the audio alone. As detailed on her Instagram today with the video's launch, Lunoe explained that the concept of the video came to her one night and was executed by herself and Alexandra Gavillet and photographer Elizabeth De La Piedra. It was choreographed in a few days and all shot all in one take. The video compliments the "me too, girl," feeling of the song's lyrics on having a bad day, with all smiles and an 80's pastel-fueled sleepover vibe.
