SNBRN broke out in a time when summery, chilled out deep house was en vogue. Since then, it's been a few years and as we usually see with artists and trends, they end up in deeper, more complex areas as they mature. And here he is – the same LA DJ and producer, but a little older, wiser and still talented, as proved by his latest EP release entitled U Want It.
It's a simple set up – 3 tracks in all, distributed by Ultra Records – but it doesn't take much to realize this is a special one. There's no question here of the outstanding track, either, as we can see "Six Shooter" lighting up the dance floor in the very near future. It's got a unique western twang like it's setting up a duel, and a swirling almost acidic dance element keeping the energy at its peak. Check out the full EP above.
