Rising new Chill/Future Bass producer Tim Pierce aka Quantinium hits the floor running with his first official remix record. He takes on the challenge of flipping Dominique 's dream pop banger "Use Me" and the result is quite fascinating.
Quantinium's approach kept the pop vibes of the original but garnished it with a more engulfing EDM styled instrumentation. The emotions remain the same albeit over a brighter soundscape and more syncopated drum arrangements. If you recall, Dominique released the alluring record mid last year which garnered her some rave reviews, fortunately, the song got into the hands of Quantinium and voila!
The young producer says he fell in love with Dominique's vocals and production immediately he heard the original but wanted to see how it will sound over an EDM soundscape. He then reached out to her team and they gave him the green-light to proceed with the remix. He also dropped some knowledge on production here "...Remixes can be difficult if you don’t have a fairly clear picture of what you’re wanting to create, but the original is produced so well and is overflowing with potential, so reworking it felt effortless..."
