CRWNS drops a laid back and vibey trap remix on graves' "Meta"

Studio whiz CRWNS gives graves' "Meta" a vibey more melodic flip. The DJ and producer adds a bit more muscle to the chorus and steers the track onto a more atmospheric trajectory than the more hip-hop heavy original.

After a slow build, heavy with anticipation, he delivers the first drop in a masterful way making it very accessible without losing its hard-hitting edge. bbno$'s rap features less prominently on this remix, but it's effectively utilized to set up the second drop to provide a seamless transition.

Originally from Chicago, CRWNS is based in New Orleans and contains an arsenal of diverse styles that combine hip-hop, trap, and future bass that properly reflect the sound coming out of the Big Easy right now. Perhaps best known for his remixes of NGHTMRE's "Street" and Whethan's "Savage," which together have tallied over 800k plays on Soundcloud alone, he's been seen playing in support of Mija, Zomboy, Adventure Club, Flosstradamus, Slander, and Flux Pavilion to name just a few. So keep this artist on your radar if he's not already!
