The guys behind Rudimental are master collaborators, and we've come to expect the best across all genres to work with them. The UK group has Anne-Marie, Foxes, John Newman, Ed Sheeran and Emeli Sandé on their collaborative resume, but none of those could have prepared us for the new feel of their latest track.
The Martinez Brothers are iconic in their own right as well, building up their underground house following from their hometown of The Bronx across to the hub of Ibiza since their start a decade ago. This collaboration is just as impressive for this duo, as we usually see them partnering up with artists who are contemporaries in their own sound – Martin Buttrich, Seth Troxler, and so on.
"No Fear" is surely the best of both of these worlds. With entrancing basslines and winding, inviting synth work, The Martinez Brothers and Rudimental have created an intersection of electronica and the underground. Appealingly deep, the track's production melds incredibly well with Donna Missal's vocals – something we have come to expect from Rudimental themselves.
