This new gem we stumbled upon is a three-way collaboration that includes producers starRo, AmPm and rising vocalist who goes by the moniker Friday Night Plans titled "Maybe". The future bass track is highly melodious and groovy as well. The mid tempo-dynamic backdrop is far from the norm and delivers a solid backdrop for Friday Night Plan's sultry vocals that float gallantly over the soundscape.
Producer, artist, embracer, and curator; Tokyo-born starRo is all these and more. From high art to street culture, from classical music to gaming soundtracks, from food and fashion to philosophy and psychology, starRo has spent the past five years creating and crafting a cultural, sonic-led movement that has begun to take seed across the planet. This is one of his newest creation with Japanese duo AmPm who linked up with him after he remixed one of their songs on SoundCloud several years ago. Glad to see they stayed in touch!
