Straddling the mainstream and underground can be a hassle for some artists. It's easy to get lost in the shuffle. Take for example producer Styline's distinct style which aligns right in this "in-between" – not the type to fall to one side, but rather serve both halves with an equal share of goodness.
After some time off, Styline is back with a proper pumping powerhouse of a single entitled "One Time" – a funky, tension-driven body mover laced with deep groove elements. The song marks his debut release on Pornostar Records. Styline says, “the track itself is more of a club-friendly, full on pumping track with a big buildup. 'One Time' uses a lot of vocal and sound samples kind of in a call and response fashion."
Styline has made his mark on the industry, with releases on prominent electronic labels including Spinnin Records, Armada, Sosumi and Ministry Of Sound, and support from notable artists. His signature basslines always get people moving, whether he's showcasing his harder, more driving side or his deeper and techier grooves.
