Pull yourself up by your bootstraps with What So Not and LPX's "Better"

With a keen awareness for mood and aesthetics, What So Not has established himself as an artistic leader in the electronic genre. Forever exploring hidden nuances of bass music, the Australian producer presents his live performances, studio productions, and visual accompaniments with a level of awareness oftentimes lost in today's churn and burn EDM scene.

What So Not's dark beats frequently cultivate a sense of ominousness, but his latest track "Better" demonstrates a decided dose of inspiration through it's slightly volatile tone. He explains that "this song is about a turning point. Pulling your mind from a dark place you spend far too long in, and reclaiming your self worth." The artist enlists the raw vocal prowess of LPX (currently on tour with HAIM) for the stirring and empowering release. "There's such an honest strength about it which I think derives foremost from Lizzy's (aka LPX) performance," said What So Not. "It's abrasive and bold, but contrasted with an allowance of vulnerability."

"I hope this song gives you the the power to kick ass at whatever you're doing today, and every other day you listen to it." Genuine realness from one of the best.
