Pomona Dream may be a new name to your ears, but you may be hearing their music and not even be aware of it. If you're based out of LA, the pair have been making waves on the radio through KCRW on heavy rotation. For those of you not based in the area, you might recognize some of their co-signs which include Metronomy’s Olubenga, Ruby Empress, and DJ Day to name a few. The Swedish duo, singer/composer Sandra Bang and producer Ribbs, have put together some funky visuals for their jazz-infused single “Tropicana”.

Staying true to their DIY ethos, the pair shot the video on VHS, I know what you're thinking, those things still exist? Well yeah, they do, and it makes the project all the more fun. The music video includes footage from their family’s trip to Rio De Janeiro in the early ’90s, perfectly suited their retro dreams.
