Based out of Sydney is an eclectic producer Edan Visser, who works under the name of HOUNDED. He has a sensationally worldly sound, carefully handpicking unorthodox synths in his music. HOUNDED's usage of analog sounds over curious compositions highlight a sick juxtaposition of man-made and natural styles. His work is both peculiar and sweet and challenges the formulaic rut that many producers fall into these days, and in works like "Jungle" and "Feels So Right", he uses deep and comforting tactics to blanket listeners in a chilled state. HOUNDED has teamed up with Savoi in an energy pumping track as his latest: "On My Side" is released via Majestic Casual Records and has got beach and summer vibes painted all over. Savoi's buttery falsetto dances perfectly over the marimba percussions and wonky vocal chops. The track is automatically set to flip your day, with it's kaleidoscopic synths ringing much needed positivity.
