In the world of underground house music, Maya Jane Coles is generally agreed upon as being the total package. An engineer, creative director, producer, songwriter, label boss and of course a DJ, she's caught our attention in the past through music that feels like movement and sparkles like nature. But, even after all of that, it's been a while since she's been in the spotlight for her own music. In 2014 and 2015 we caught glimpses of a few singles, and of course, in 2013 there was her debut album Comfort. But the end of April marked her return with a new five-track EP entitled Won't Let You Down EP. Featuring three original tracks and two remixes from Catz 'N Dogz and Paride Saraceni, the EP reminds us of how lovable and laid back Coles's music is, in all of its semi-melancholic glory.

Maya Jane Coles's sophomore album will follow this EP release, Take Flight, later this year via her album I/Am/Me.
