One of our favourite upcoming French producers Douchka first appeared on our radar with his eclectic EP Together released off of Nowadays Records. The electronic producer embraces a warm and innovative sound, that marries hip hop tendencies with a silky French touch flair. His colourful compositions in catchy works including "Don't Leave" and "Together" set him aside as an artist with an instant classic sound. His style falls into a cornucopia of retro synths, futuristic sound designs but put forward overall feel good sensations in a dynamic sonic landscape.

Douchka is back with a smooth new tune "Call You Mine" ft. Lia to pleasure your ears in his second single off his forthcoming Infantile EP. This single follows after his last release "No Reason", a positive track with uplifting moods and smooth rap feature from Hi Levelz. "Call You Mine" begins with a pulsating synth breathing over peppy vocal manipulations. It's rolling sound mimics Flume's quirky electronic tactics meets FKJ's sultry soul attitude. Lia's warm vocals add a comforting component to the work and adds a sweet sincerity to the complex but captivating nature of the beat. Unconventional percussions fused with an indelible bass-infused melody will instantly strike a chord with listeners. And once again with another unique work, Douchka adds a refreshing perspective to the saturated market with innovative beats heavily doused in raw poignance.

an ideal day consists of wandering a korean supermarket for cutely packaged snacks, stumbling upon instagram worthy neon signage, concluded with me drowning in several down blankets & obsessively sifting soundcloud to find a track that suitably fits my mood.
