The Angry BlackMen are dubbed as Chicago's "first super duo", and are comprised of MCs Quentin Branch and Brain Warren who formed the group in early 2017. The pair have both been apart of Chicago's thriving underground hip-hop scene for quite some time, but both felt that it was time to collaborate to bring something new to the scene. Today, the duo have decided to drop their debut single, an infectious cut entitled "OK!" produced by Derrick Thomas.
Although the track's call-out chorus and opening signals for a more commercial sound, when it comes to the verses they both come out swinging with a flurry of clever bars, making for an interesting take on the alternative hip-hop formula.
