It's a challenging task, merging opposing sounds together and maintaining a pleasing fluidity. But when contrast is performed successfully, it's memorable. That's exactly what Afterclap accomplishes in his latest venture "Find My Way". The producer is also known as Oscar Harlau and calls Stockholm, Sweden his home. The producer is fairly new to the game, as he leaves his former life as a professional skier. The track features soulful and catchy vocals from Leo Smith. As Leo Smith croons over the track with a definite warmth, Afterclap injects his sound that is both chilled and amplified at the same time. Wavy future bass synths and funky percussion creates a unique track. Though the track is embellished in apparent synthetic structures, Afterclap manages to embrace an organic aesthetic to the work, with it's effortless groove and dimensional range.
