Based out of Washington, DC, production duo Indiginis is slowly creeping into our radars with a perky electronic sound. The duo unveiled a handful of remixes last year, including their own takes on JAHKOY, Lemaitre and miike snow. More recently, he has collaborated with house production duo BLU J in the eclectic track "Hallucinating". If you're into bright and soaring synths with a quirky touch, Indiginis is definitely an artist to look out for. His sound is slightly reminiscent of the vapor wave remnants and buttery compositions of Wave Racer, Giraffage and Basenji.

This time around Indignis gives an early 2000's classic a fresh makeover. Adding a slick piano melody in the back and some jaunty percussions, Indignis adds a wavey feel good vibe to the work. Approapriately dubbing it as a "re-fresh", Indiginis' rendition of the Missy Elliot classic "Get Your Freak On" is fun and intricate with it's details. With a subtle retro touch in it's synths and a mesmerizing warmth, Indignis' sound is one to watch.
