Kwon reveals silky flip of Steve James' "In My Head"

The last we covered from DMV based producer Kwon, was in his rich rendition of the 6 God, Drake's "Forever". Other than that track and his recent remix of Stephen's "Crossfire", Kwon is a still a relatively fresh name in the scene. What's present in each of his tracks is a rambunctious energy and definitive tactfulness in the selection of synth leads. Kwon's sound is off to a great start with his eclectic remixes and upbeat energy. With the new year creeping around the corner, we can only look forward to new quality content from the producer (hopefully some bangin' originals!).

In the artist's latest release he digs into Steve James "In My Head" ft. RKCB, which has already reached a staggering 1.3 million plays on Soundcloud. The track has a brisk energy that dawdles throughout, emphasized by the sultry vocals of RKCB. Liquified drum patterns and the repetitive nature of the track embrace listeners in dazzling hypnotic sound waves. Overall, the track is a colorful dream which combine the delectable vocals of RKCB with a deep twist in its exciting layers.
