You may remember Taliwhoah's fierce persona from her "Fast FWD" video that premiered on EARMILK 2 months ago. Today, the sultry songstress serenades us again with her latest release titled "Alright".

At first ear, you'd think this could've been produced by Sango. The clap back in the production mixed with the electronic pulse of the synths is so reminiscent of the Brazilian sounds that first inspired this Seattle native. I said this in my last article, and I'm totally going to say it again because it's right. If Aaliyah was still alive, this is the type of sound she would be creating. If that's not the biggest compliment I could give someone – I'm not sure what is. This production provides a type of modern day progressive Timbaland sound that's infinitely masterful. The tone in her voice and the riffs in her flow is exactly what made our addiction to 90's R&B so fiendish.
