We've been big supporters of Eric Sharp over the past few years as he infuses our speakers with dance floor jams and late night groovers. His latest offering is another dance floor heater, "The Thirst" featuring talented multi-instrumentalist & vocalist, Zhao. Friends first, collaborators second, Eric and Zhao go way back. We're happy the pair decided to finally make magic in the studio, because "The Thirst" is loaded with positive energy and good vibes from the first push of the play button. Eric shares, “I think this track is inspired by the fact that we both live in LA where you can’t go anywhere without seeing obnoxiously attractive people. Sometimes that energy just boils over and needs to be expressed. In terms of the production, my aim was to try not to over-complicate things and just make more of a dance-floor oriented upbeat jam and I think that worked out pretty damn well.”
