If you clicked on this, you're probably already familiar with who "THEY." are (… sorry.) After being featured on ZHU's highly anticipated Genesis Series EP, the LA-based duo really broke into the mainstream consciousness earlier this year with their hit single, "Motley Crue." Subdued and sober, yet still banging, the single pushed the duo outside of their LA-based underground hip-hop origins into the mainstream. And of course, with a hot song, you have the inevitable flood of remixes. EARMILK has already covered a couple of solid remixes, and while they were quite good… I think we have a winner.

California-based producer/DJ Minnesota has impressed us in the past, but this flip of "Motley Crue" is just exceptional. Taking the chilled out vibes already present in the original, MN layers in a nice four-to-the-floor rhythm accentuated by a punchy synth line that seems to echo throughout the track.
