Now, I'm no house music aficionado but when I was first introduced to producer Dan Jedynak, it was evident that his hybrid house sound was one to take note of. With the rise of names including REZZ and Shiba San, the tech house scene seems to be taking on new shapes and forms. Elasticity in sound and chameleon like qualities of house allow for the genre to remain consistently prominent in modern music. Dan Jedynak's debut EP Motor, premiered off PUZL Records a few weeks back and encapsulated a gritty underground vibe, doused in full bass. The 3 track feature was a great introduction to the fresh face of Dan Jedynak to the electronic scene, with each track exhibiting well rounded qualities introducing industrial tech sounds to retro house vibes.

Today EARMILK was given the opportunity to premiere Dan Jedynak's latest track "Junk". Beginning with minimal and steady percussion, listeners better take precaution to the layering of sound that progresses through the track. Illegible female vocals wincing upon the overblown bass lines induce a hypnotic state in listeners. The jumble of sounds and intelligent melodies create for a bizarre loss of sense and time, allowing for audiences to become one with the beat. The hypnotizing nature of the track can be attributed to Jedynak's meticulous choice in sound and his rich skill set.
